On Wednesday, September 14th, Back Bay Mission will host a Town Hall Meeting on Homelessness.
This is a free, open-to-the-public forum for a honest discussion on homelessness in our community. We want to hear from concerned citizens, business owners and public officials in order to create an open dialogue, driven by finding sustainable solutions. This forum is in response to a perceived increase in homelessness along the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
There will be a panel of several providers presenting current initiatives and services provided to the unsheltered population. We are hoping this will be a solution-based gathering.
